Above rates include compilmentary Indian/continental breakfast
Room occupancy is strictly for 2 adults & 1 child below 12 years
- Each extra person will be charged Rs 300 per day
Check in and check out time is 12 noon
Luxury tax extra as follows:
- Room rate Rs 1,000 and above has luxury tax of 12%
- Room rate Rs 1,000 and below has luxury tax of 8%

A deluxe double room is a large room with twin beds, a TV and a private attached bathroom. The room is part of a flat and the living, dining and kitchen are common areas to be shared by each of the rooms. Deluxe double rooms are part of 2 and 3 bedroom flats.

2 Bedroom Flat Non A.C

A 2-bedroom flat is an apartment with 2 bedrooms, each with twin beds, a TV and a private attached bathroom. The flat has its own private living, dining and kitchen. Entry and access to the flat is exclusive.

3 Bedroom Flat A.C/Non A.C

A 3-bedroom flat is an apartment with 3 bedrooms, each with twin beds, a TV and a private attached bathroom. The flat has its own private living, dining and kitchen. Entry and access to the flat is exclusive.
